BE THE CRITIC!
Guests will have the opportunity to rate each $5.00 Foie Gras Dish on presentation, flavor, and innovation via Guest Critique Card presented to them at the end of the meal. These ratings will be tallied at the end of the week-long celebration to determine the restaurant that produced the Best Foie Gras Dish. The individual restaurant patron who samples the most dishes and submits the most critique cards will win a FREE DINNER from the restaurant that produced the Best Foie Gras Dish.
